Our commitment
We aim to provide a website and client portal that are clear, consistent, keyboard accessible and usable across common desktop and mobile devices. We seek to use meaningful headings, labels, colour contrast, alternative text and plain language.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents supplied by third parties or historic client records may not be fully accessible. Secure portal functions may also depend on the accessibility of a user’s browser, device or assistive technology.

We will review reported issues and prioritise reasonable improvements, particularly where an issue prevents a client completing an important onboarding, approval or filing-related task.
