Submitting a website form, registering interest, receiving an automated message, opening a portal account or uploading preliminary information does not by itself make Accountants4All your accountant, tax adviser, agent or company adviser.
When the relationship begins
A professional relationship begins only after Accountants4All confirms acceptance, completes required identity, AML, conflict and risk checks, agrees the scope and responsibilities, and puts the appropriate engagement arrangements in place.
Urgent deadlines
Do not assume we are monitoring or responsible for a deadline until responsibility has been expressly accepted. Tell us immediately about urgent HMRC, Companies House, tribunal, payroll, VAT or other filing dates.
