Client portal terms
Terms for Accountants4All client login, onboarding, messages, deadlines and document management.
Account security
Each human user should have their own login. You must keep credentials confidential, use a strong unique password, enable additional security where offered and notify us promptly if access may have been compromised.
Multi-entity access
One login may be authorised for several companies or other entities. Access is granted separately for each entity and can be suspended or revoked. Users must not attempt to access records for an entity they are not authorised to represent.
Documents and approvals
Upload complete, accurate and legible records under the correct entity, service and period. A displayed upload or message status is not confirmation that a document has been professionally reviewed, accepted or filed.
Deadlines
Portal deadlines and reminders support workflow management. Clients remain responsible for providing information and approvals in sufficient time. A filing is complete only when its status has been confirmed through the agreed process.
Messages
Portal messages are intended for practice communication and must not contain passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials or unnecessary special-category information.
Suspension and retention
We may suspend access for security, non-payment, termination, inactivity or legal reasons. Document retention and deletion are governed by the engagement, applicable law and the document-management policy.
